Reasons you might need to jot things down today!


Do you have a habit of jotting?

There were times I thought penning my thoughts and plans were needless as I know them already and so, I won't forget. I wasn't only disorganized, I also couldn't figure what to do and the right time to do them.

I decided to adapt the method of jotting. I got me a lil exercise book, map out my plans for each day, restrategize and time each schedule.

There! This method has helped me greatly in prioritizing activities and plan the order in which I do them. I can now tell which task needs my immediate attention and which task I can leave until later.

Penning your thoughts and plans down would not only help you solidify them, seeing them on a piece of paper or whatever device you use, would make you see them clearly and take more action.

It would enable a higher level of thinking, therefore, a more focused action, help you strategize your short-term or long-term goals, such that whenever you are overwhelmed and your brain can't remember everything, your note is ever ready to assist! 😊

It could be on a piece of paper, your e-notepad, or even a marker board!
