Your Health Is Important Too!

Good health is really underrated.

Yes. People often underestimate the value of good health, or maybe, they give it a lower priority than they should.

I went down with flu weeks back and felt so disorganized and disturbed. The only thing that mattered to me at that point was to get well. Every other thing I had on desk was put on hold, 'cos vitality and physical fitness was all I needed, and I'd get back to my feet again and resume doing the things I love doing most.

Dears, prioritizing your health isn't selfishness. It's in fact, the foundation to a good life. 🥰

So, tips?

1. Eat healthy diet.

2. Consume less sugar.

3. Limit your intake of fizzy drinks and soda.

4. Maintain great personal hygiene.

5. Go easy on alcohol.

6. Exercise.

7. STAY AWAY FROM TROUBLE!

8. Take plenty water, enough rest and plenty veggies.

9. Regular medical checkup is good too.

10. Read number 3 again. 😌
